Will Butler

National Trainer - Coach - Curriculum Author

Will’s philosophy on education is that every student is an individual whose needs are unique. With that said, students have to know that you care for them as an individual before they will respond to any curricula you present.  Research based strategies should form the backbone of our instruction but passion and programs don’t work unless there is a personal touch. If you ask any teacher what their roles are, the list becomes exhaustive. Having tools to promote a positive classroom as well as providing a personal learning program is what makes students not only motivated but helps them reach their potential.

Will also believes that education extends beyond the walls of the school and sometimes students need a little extra support when those loving teachers are not around. Having spent his career teaching special education or teaching special education methods at institutions like Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University, he realizes that sometimes parents and students need support in transitioning from high school to fulfill their dreams/goals.

Finally, Will believes that education and learning can take place anywhere. Having training and experience in writing curricula, he is a believer in helping parents and teachers extend the learning environment.
